About Click

Click was a residential property development and contracting group focused on unlocking value from land, existing buildings and airspace.

The group’s work included new-build residential schemes, rooftop and airspace development, Build to Rent, affordable housing delivery, planning-led value creation and contractor-led project completion.

Led by Aaron Emmett as Managing Director, Click brought together planning, funding, design, construction and sales strategy to deliver residential projects in complex and changing market conditions.

The company’s experience included working with institutional funding partners, affordable housing stakeholders, professional consultants, contractors and managing agents to progress schemes from acquisition and planning through to delivery.

Click is no longer actively trading or undertaking new development projects. This website remains online as an archive of the company’s project history and the experience gained by its leadership team.

Aspire formed part of Click’s residential development experience: 238 high-end studio, 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments situated less than 1 mile from Eton and only 2 miles from Windsor.

Aspire is a 6-minute walk to Slough Train Station, with direct rail connectivity into London and access to the Elizabeth line, supporting its position as a well-connected residential scheme.

CLICK ABOVE, rooftop and airspace development experience

Click Above was focused on identifying and realising the untapped value and development potential of rooftop and airspace opportunities.

This created opportunities for freeholders, particularly in high density, high value locations where outward extension was limited but upward development potential remained.

The approach combined planning-led value creation, design, construction strategy and low-impact delivery methods to minimise disruption to existing buildings while seeking to improve asset value and overall presentation.
