I’ve been wrestling with this for a while. But it’s with regret that I am writing to share some important news regarding one of our SPV companies which sits below Click Above ltd. It is with mixed emotions that I announce the decision that we had to place one of our SPV companies, Click St Andrews Ltd into liquidation. This is never something a Managing Director wants to do.
While this is undoubtedly a challenging time for all of us in current environment, I believe it also marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter. After all the Sun set’s only to rise the next morning…
Over the years, our team has worked tirelessly to build a company we could be proud of—a company driven by innovation, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence. However, we have encountered unforeseen obstacles that have led us to this difficult decision. We have faced market challenges and financial difficulties that have necessitated this step towards restructuring.
I want to express my deepest gratitude to each and every one of our employees who worked on St Andrews, past and present, who have dedicated their time, energy, and talent to our shared vision. Your unwavering commitment and dedication have been the bedrock of our success. Together, we have achieved remarkable milestones and fostered a sense of unity that has been truly inspiring.
To the valued customers who own one of the properties at St Andrews, I hope you don’t believe that your property is blighted by this news. I want to extend my heartfelt appreciation for your trust, loyalty, and support. It is our belief in our product and services that has fuelled our drive to build you what we believe are great penthouse homes.
Our employees have always been at the heart of our organisation, and we will do everything possible to assist them during this challenging time.
As we embark on our journey of building more properties, I am filled with a renewed sense of determination and optimism. While the chapter for St Andrews has ended, it opens up possibilities for us to learn and grow. Whilst there will undoubtedly be some that disagree, and consider one in thirty year storms to be within our control, those of us working inside the team know that we did our best, and as such remain committed to the values that have guided us thus far: integrity, resilience, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
I also want to take this opportunity to say ‘thank you’ to our colleagues in the industry for your unwavering support and belief in our company. Your encouragement and well wishes have been a source of strength throughout this process, and we are grateful for your continued partnership.
Warm regards,
Aaron Emmett.
