Buckingham Gardens

The first manned concierge, residential building in Slough. This property consisted of a vacant 38,000 sqft commercial office building located within a prime city centre location in Slough. The property was purchased in August 2013, and Timeless Building Services Ltd were employed to act as the Principle Contractor to build out the project.

Due to the significant structural stability of the building a new planning application in December 2013 for 68 residential units that include three new additional stories over floors 4, 5 and 6. This planning application was approved in March 2014.
