Through a hands-on approach, as the Managing Director, Aaron is responsible for overseeing all aspects of this housing development business. Aaron maintains strict profit ratios. Promoting rigorous negotiations with acquisitions; utilising trusted contractors (bound by stringent contractually lead obligations) ensures sales forecasts are conservative; the firm looks to over deliver rather than over promise.

With a clear vision to grow and expand Click, Aaron has led and managed the acquisition and development of range of projects including:

  • Purchasing the Nova Building in Slough for £1.8m and personally managed the planning permission for conversion to 68 all private residential apartments. Click were the developer responsible for delivering the development under JCT contracts producing a GDV of £17m.
  • Purchasing 11HMO bedsits in the shape of a Victorian Townhouse in Notting Hill for £3.5m, redeveloped by trade by trade approach the current value is £8m.
  • Purchasing 112 Shenley Road, Borehamwood for £290k and Redeveloped and sold for £960k.

Previous Experience

Site Management Consultants: Owner / Planning Director (2007 – Present)

Overseeing the planning liaisons, property management, estate management and planning consultancy of private property developments nationwide. Managing all aspects of obtaining planning permission that creates uplift in value of the estate.

Prospects Land Acquisitions: Owner / Acquisitions and Sales Director 2005 – 2009

Overseeing all aspects of day to day operations of this successful business, including a bespoke administration system. Responsible for maintaining strong and clear leadership, with a focus on direction and strategy for the company and also sets the values and goals of the organisation and the way it operates. Responsible for land acquisitions team dealing with the purchase and sale of land assets. Prospects Land specialise in acquiring strategic land with development potential, adding value through planning expertise, and constructing attractive resale investor packages. Offering property advice and services in rural, agricultural, commercial and residential fields. Successfully acquired and sold the first three sites in less than one year, whilst building a professional operating model and base.
