Slough’s first Conceirge maned residential building.

This property consisted of a vacant 38,000 sqft commercial office building located within a prime city centre location is Slough.  The property was purchased in August 2013, and  Timeless Building Services Ltd were employed to act as the Principle Contractor to build out the project.

Due to the significant structural stability of the building a new planning application in December 2013 for 68 residential units that include three new additional stories over floors 4, 5 and 6. This planning application was approved in March 2014.

The existing building was previously used as a serviced office facility which was initially stripped back to shell and core.  Fit out work subdividing each floor into residential units then began together with the new build element over floors 4, 5 and 6.  The existing pitched roof was removed and replaced with a new steel grillage and frame fixed to the existing structural steel frame.  Floors 4 and 5 span across the entire foot print of the building and floor 6 continues up only on the west elevation.  All the existing glazed façade was then replaced by Dale Services Ltd  with a new cladding system that covers the entire building.  This will provide a mixed rendered and metal finish resulting in a completely new residential appearance.  Each spacious apartment conforms to the National Space Standards and benefits from amenity space in the way of private balconies, patios and communal ground floor space.   While approximately 75% of the units also benefit from a car parking space (most of which are within the basement car park).  An onsite bike store and concierge area to the ground is also in operation.

We’re proud to announce that on 31st October 2015 the Principal Contractor, Timeless Building Services Ltd achieved Practical Completion of the development. The Building Control Officer from Butler and Young, officially announced the building has achieved Practical Completion.

The finished properties carry a comprehensive 10 year Secure Plus Building Warranty, by BLP Insurance.
