Aside from Crossrail, there is a total of £3 Billion of investment into the town centre including the Slough Urban Renewal project. This will inevitably continue to positively affect property prices in Slough. The Abu Dhabi Investment Authority has also bought the two main shopping centres in Slough and will be delivering a new super shopping mall in the town centre, less than 100m away from Aspire.
